Lanquín is known for its white-water rafting trips down the Río Cahabón. For rafters the river is rated as a Class III-IV and it passes through beautiful, forested gorges. This is a wonderful way to experience the Guatemalan highlands and the countryside. Price includes public vehicle from local hotel, lunch, local guide, 12km circuit, rafting equipment. Day trip including private transportation from Cobán is $325.00. Add-On Tours must be booked in advance.
