Pacaya is one of the active volcanoes in Guatemala and is safe to climb. The experience of climbing Pacaya will definitely be an unforgettable one. Horses are available and suggested for this activity. **Please keep in mind: it is a good idea to wear comfortable shoes for climbing or riding, a water proof jacket, hat, sun block, and sun glasses. 08:00a.m. Meet and Greet at Port from your cruise ship's port (Puerto Quetzal) and transfer into Antigua, Guatemala. Approximately 1.5 hour drive. 09:30a.m. Start ascending the volcano on horseback 11:00a.m. Explore the Pacaya Volcano 12:00p.m. Picnic Lunch 13:00p.m. Start descending 14:00p.m. Transfer back to the port 15:30p.m. Drop off at port to return to your cruise
